New Working Groups

LOGISTOP is going to reorganize its activity taking into account the new Working Groups. This proposal comes from the need to adapt the activity of the Platform to the new scenario we are involved in. This puts us in a position where it is impossible for us to ignore that it is necessary to widen our scope and look towards Europe.

With this new organization of the groups, synergies with ALICE will be exploited and both Platforms will be benefited with collaboration and alignment of objectives. This will allow us to influence more in the R+D+i Working Programmes from the EU (Horizon2020) and ultimately, to increase the participation of the LOGISTOP members in European projects.

On this way, from the Secretary we propose to make the Focus Groups disappear, organizing the activity around these five topics:

1. Sustainable, Safe and Secure Supply Chain.

2. Corridors, Hubs and Synchromodality.

3. Information Systems for Interconnected Logistics.

4. Global Supply Network Coordination and Collaboration.

5. Urban Freight.

You can see the roadmaps from each one in the ALICE web (http://www.etp-logistics.eu/alice/en/publications), which will be useful for you to assess what group you would like to be part of.

From the Secretary, we invite our Members to check out this information and adhere to the groups you are more interested in, since they will be active very soon.
